general Sluggy Jean Endless Update

So I have been playing around with the endless version of my steam game for some time now, and have added and deleted a few core things:

- the platforms now move, which adds some more challenge and gets rid of some problems...

                    - added border which teleports you back into the middle of the map when you get pushed through walls by moving blocks....

- layers are completely fixed so that everytime a saltblock collides with the black blocks you don't die.

- deleted the idea of the highscore because at this point in time it is too buggy.

I hope you guys enjoy this minor update, I hope we can make it a full release sometime in the near-future!
